EXCHANGE POLICY: REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS
For food selection, no refunds, exchange, cancellations or amendments is applicable once payment is processed and completed online. If there are cancellations to be made, a 5% transactional fee will apply.
For Household items, the client to provide evident of the defective or damage within 24 hours after delivery for exchange to email longyuun@gmail.com. We will response as soon as possible on the exchange.
